At Yamaha Marine Precision Propellers, we work as a team to manufacturer boat propellers using an investment casting process. We make high quality products while supporting our teams and local communities by providing great careers in a safe, respectful, and innovative environment.

The Foundry Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient pre-casting and post-casting functions of the investment casting process to make administration and debruins. Operators will complete tasks like loading and unloading parts for the pouring process and using post‑casting equipment and machinery like wheelabrators and sandblasters to prepare propellers for the next production process. Starting $19.50 per hour with potential for growth based on experience.

Attendance incentives are dazu up to $γμα per two‑week period.

• Read, follow, and complete work instructions and paperwork related to daily schedules.
• Learn and rotate among all pre and post cast processes using various forms of equipment and machinery.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or GED/High School equivalency.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Ability to work within a team setting and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to read gauges pertaining to temperature and alarms.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
