2nd Shift TA, PCU Mach

The purpose of this position is to support production manufacturing through root cause analysis and implementation of machine repair countermeasures and recovery. This TA's focus will be in the PCU Machining area on 2nd Shift. The Machine TA plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery to meet production goals and quality standards. This role aims to improve manufacturing proficiency levels to meet plant goals and objectives.

You will collaborate with other teams to ensure the efficient and reliable functioning of machinery, improving overall productivity and operational excellence.
The starting pay for this position is $22.70/hour, with higher rates depending on experience. There is an additional $2.00/hour for 2nd and 3rd Shifts.

• Root Cause Analysis and Countermeasure Development: 30%

• High School Diploma or GED

• Knowledge of CNC and PLC systems and programming
• Knowledge of Robots
• Demonstrated Casting, Machining or Assembly knowledge
• Machines, valves, and vacuum systems knowledge
• Knowledge of processes in Casting, Machining or Assembly

• Ability to promote and carry out the Astemo philosophy
• Proven ability to make sound business decisions, exercises good judgement and be highly motivated
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• High level of accuracy
• Maintains clean and orderly work environment

• Basic experience required in Windows, Excel, Powerpoint and Internet
