We’re looking for compassionate, patient‑care focused individuals eager to begin a career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
Position OverviewThe Resident Care Associate (RCA) provides general non‑certified routine services in accordance with established procedures and may be directed by supervisors. This role is intended for candidates interested in pursuing training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
Key Responsibilities- Assist with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
- Assist with all aspects of meal service including transportation of residents to and from the dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
- Provide great customer service, companionship, and communication with our residents by answering call lights in a timely manner, checking in with residents frequently, and assisting with engagement in activities.
- Assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
- Attend and participate in a training program leading to certification as a Nursing Assistant (C.N.A).
- High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred.
