LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) – FT NIGHTS

$7,500 Sign‑On Bonus.

• Provide direct and indirect patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care.
• Communicate with physicians and team members regarding changes in patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Assist in performing general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current Indiana LPN License.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of six months to one year of work experience.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
