A Quality Control TA will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and reliability. You will be responsible for executing various testing procedures, analyzing data, and implementing quality assurance measures to meet regulatory standards and customer expectations. This role will focus on Quality Control in the Fuel Pipe Assembly Department on 2nd Shift.
- Measure Parts for Quality
- Track and Analyze reject and Scrap Trends
- Participate in Daily Reject Meetings (RIP/PDCAGemba)
- Develops / Implements CM's for Quality Concerns (PDCA)
- Disposition and Confirmation of Product with Quality Related Concerns (Testing, Analyzing and reporting)
- Develop & Maintain Quality Improvement Plan (organize, update, present)
- Develop, Implement, Work Instructions and Quality Related Standards
- Support Production Management with New Model Year Activity (Cpk study, CAP's, FMEA, training, Reject flow, Trials)
- Understand Customer Requirements
