Starting Pay: $22.07/hr | Weekly Pay

Schedule:

• 12-Hour Night Shift: 6:00 A.M.– 6:00 P.M.
• 2-2-3 Rotation:
  Work only ~15 days a month! Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend.

Your Impact

As a Shipper Associate, you will:

Manage Logistics & Order Staging:
Prepare, package, stage, and load finished goods and materials accurately for outgoing shipments according to customer specifications and schedules.

Operate Material Handling Equipment:
Safely maneuver forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory equipment to transport finished product and raw materials throughout the warehouse.

Ensure Accuracy & Quality:
Perform thorough inventory counts, verify shipping documentation (bills of lading, packing slips, manifest data), and maintain "zero-defect" shipment precision.

Drive Safety & Teamwork:
Prioritize a safety-first mindset across all warehouse and loading dock areas, collaborating with production and freight teams to meet site goals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing/warehouse experience.
