Robert Half's marketing and creative client is seeking a Production Coordinator for a 1-3+ month contract role in the Greenfield, MA area. The role is on‑site, 40‑hour‑per‑week, requiring onsite presence five days per week.

• Execute production layouts for print assets within brand guidelines.
• Manage scheduling and trafficking of production assets.
• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and vendors.
• Prepare files for print production, including color correction, preflight checks, and proofing.
• Support publishing workflows and confirm all assets meet required technical specifications.
• Maintain organized records of all projects, timelines, and deliverables.

• Degree in communications, management, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a production artist or similar production coordination role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of print production processes and publishing standards.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
