• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
• Active state-level licensure or certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Previous experience working in schools or with children required
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation

• Develop, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Modify general education curriculum to meet the needs of each student
• Provide specialized instruction in one‑on‑one or small group settings
• Track student progress and update IEPs throughout the school year
• Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and IEP team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school and district guidelines
