Community Action Pioneer Valley is seeking a full-time WFD Young Parents Program Coordinator. The role provides direct participant services, program leadership including staff training and supervision, and data reporting for a performance-based program serving young families with DTA TAFDC across Franklin and Hampshire Counties.
You will work with families to identify goals, reduce barriers, and implement education curricula using trauma-informed and positive youth development approaches.
