• Unparalleled customer service during each interaction, high level of professionalism in person and on the phone
• Process routine transactions quickly and accurately: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments, issuing official items
• Identify a customer’s need for additional services and transfer them to the appropriate staff
• Balance and reconcile daily transactions and maintain adequate cash by buying and selling from cash dispensers
• Work with branch leadership on relationship‑based selling skills

• Ability to perform simple math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs
