Program Manager United Arc Greenfield, MA

The Adult Services Division provides services to individuals with /DD and Autism living in a variety of settings. Each individual is assisted in establishing and maintaining a home that is safe, secure, and comfortable. The Program Manager would be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for assigned programs with primary concern for health and safety of individuals or families being served, fiscal responsibility, staff training and development, compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing and contracts to ensure quality program and service delivery, sound fiscal administration, ongoing supervision and training of staff, safety and security, facility management, business and community relations and resource development.

• High School Diploma/GED
• Two years’ experience working with families and individuals with special needs and one year supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated relationship/interpersonal skills
• Ability to attend to multiple details within a multi-faceted environment and with diverse populations
• Demonstrated knowledge of computers and computer software applications
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• Acceptable CORI, Fingerprinting background check, driver’s record check, DPPC Abuser Registry check, and Child Protective Services background check
• Valid driver’s license and access to an automobile
