Key’s Clinical Team is Growing! Due to an expansion of services, we are seeking an additional full-time Clinician for a residential group home in Greenfield that serves nine (9) boys ages 10-15 referred by the Department of Children & Families (DCF). * Starting salary ranges are based on having less than 2 years’ experience and are negotiable commensurate with more experience. Additional compensation is provided for: bilingual skills, clinical intervention after hours, on-call rotation, supervision of interns, and becoming certified to facilitate Risking Connection Trauma-informed care framework, and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training. Opportunities exist for future annual merit-based salary increases.

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or clinical psychology. One to three years of prior experience with adolescent, latency, or young adult population in residential or community-based settings. A driver’s license and insured vehicle for employment.

• Work within a team to provide direct mental health services to children, youth and families, promote their emotional, behavioral and psychological well-being, and help them navigate the challenges they face.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, administer formal testing as required by licensing or contracting, and use assessment tools and interviews to gather relevant information and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual counseling, therapy and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment practices, and implement strategies and practices to engage children, youth and families.
• Utilize electronic health record system and state platforms to document and submit case documentation.
• Work collaboratively with external service providers and state partners to ensure an integrated approach to care.
• Independently licensed clinicians provide clinical supervision to Masters-level clinicians and supervise intern field placements.
