CHD is seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to provide robust supervision, and high-quality, client centered behavioral health care to a diverse population in the outpatient setting. You will provide clinical supervision to a mix of pre and post-license clinicians and carry a small caseload working with adults, children, and families, addressing a broad range of social-emotional needs using evidence-based models of care.
Requirements- Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, or other closely related field
- Massachusetts LMHC licensure or ability to obtain licensure with 90 days of starting
- 3+ years of Full Time or the equivalent Part Time post-independent licensure experience
- CANS Certification or willingness to become certified prior to hire
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to provide evaluation and evidence-based psychotherapy with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations
- Experience with children, adolescents, and families
- 2+ years supervisory experience in human services
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Multilingual abilities
- Experience with Substance Use Disorders
- Evening or Saturday availability
- Interest in School-Based Counseling
Flexible; 30-40 hours, with evening and weekend hours available.
