Join Baystate Health as the Manager, Lab Community Hospital (Req R39547). This full‑time role is based at the Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts.

The base salary for this position ranges from $ to $, depending on grade, experience, and qualifications. • Administer the operations of the community hospital laboratory, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and quality control practices.
• Supervise technical, clerical, and environmental staff, including the technical lead, phlebotomists, technologists, and assistants.
• Prepare and manage the department budget, and coordinate department orientation, employee performance appraisals, and corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with laboratory managers across Baystate Medical Center core labs and anatomic pathology labs to meet system objectives and serve laboratory clients.
• Coordinate with the Senior Director, Laboratory Services, and the BH Laboratory Leadership team to develop goals and objectives aligned with the BH mission and principles.
• Oversee quality assurance programs and maintain effective physician and inter/intradepartmental relations.

• Bachelor's degree (required).
• Certification as a Medical Technologist (American Society for Clinical Pathology).
• Experience in laboratory administration, staff supervision, and quality assurance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday. The shift is First.
