Mental Health Clinician – Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS)

SalaryRange
$60,000 - $66,500 (Based on experience and credentials)
ScheduleMonday‑Friday, 9 a.m.‑5 p.m.
Key Responsibilities- Empower Personal Growth:
Meet with participants to assess their needs and work collaboratively to create personalized treatment plans. You’ll use a strengths‑based, person‑centered, and trauma‑informed approach to help individuals define their goals and take steps toward recovery. - Coordinate Care:
Work closely with other service providers and DMH staff to ensure participants receive comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of their well‑being. - Provide Clinical Expertise:
Lead the team by offering guidance, support, and training on evidence‑based practices, helping staff grow in their ability to provide the best care. - Ensure Progress:
Complete essential paperwork and assessments, ensuring that treatment plans, safety checks, and risk management plans are in place and kept up to date. - Be a Resource in Times of Need:
Participate in the on‑call rotation to provide support during critical times, ensuring that participants feel safe and supported no matter the situation.
- Clinical Master’s degree
- Massachusetts clinical license or license‑eligible required (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC‑1, ABA, etc.)
- Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self‑motivated
- Ability to complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Good organizational, communication, and writing skills
- Substance abuse clinical experience preferred
