Regal Care at Greenfield is seeking a compassionate and organized Activities Assistant to join our team! As an Activities Assistant, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing activities that promote socialization, recreation, and overall well-being for our patients and residents. Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and implement activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our patients and residents, including arts and crafts, games, outings, and other recreational activities
- Collaborate with the Activities Director to develop and implement activity programs that promote socialization, cognitive stimulation, and overall well-being
- Conduct daily rounds to assess patient and resident needs, preferences, and interests to inform activity planning
- Maintain accurate records of activities, including participant attendance, feedback, and activity plans
- Assist with the coordination of special events, such as holidays, birthdays, and theme days
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for activities, including setting up and cleaning up after activities
- Provide support to patients and residents with daily living tasks, such as escorting to activities, meals, and appointments
- Hourly Rate: $17 - $19
