• Operates a forklift truck to safely deliver materials to and from the factory
• Reads work orders and/or follows oral instructions to determine materials to be mixed for each run
• Loads/unloads materials onto or from pallets, gaylords boxes, and shelves via forklift or by hand
• Loads resins into blenders, grinders, dryers and hoppers by hand or vacuum system
• Maintains and prepares packaging supplies
• Packages all finished products ensuring correct packaging material, labels and details, per customer specification
• Handles materials and inventory control using barcode scanner
• Assists operators with stringing lines and taking rolls off machines
• Assists operators with roll data entry, roll changing, changing trim, mounting unwound rolls, cutovers and cleaning the systems
• Assists warehouse manager with monthly inventory
• Maintains confidentiality of information such as formulas, supplier names, materials, process conditions and set‑up information
• Other relevant duties as assigned

• Read a ruler and understand measurements in fractions and decimals
• Read, write and comprehend instructions and correspondence
• Communicate effectively with workers and supervisors
• Add, subtract, divide and multiply with the aid of a calculator
• Perform calculations that include but are not limited to fractions and decimals
• Use a computer for basic data entry of production and materials in database

• High School diploma or GED (preferred)
• Prior Warehouse or manufacturing experience (preferred)

• Be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Be able to push or pull heavy objects up to 250 pounds
• Be able to work 12‑hour shifts
• Perform repetitive tasks
• Routinely stand, sit, hear, walk, and talk
• Reach, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, twist and balance; sometimes in awkward or tight spaces
• Have good close vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus
• Meet Mativ certification requirements to operate Power Industrial Trucks

• Safety shoes (steel toe or composite toe)
• Safety glasses
• Bump caps
• Protective gloves when performing certain tasks
• Hearing protection when required
• Other personal protective equipment as required for certain tasks

• Air temperatures can range from cold to hot
• Environment may contain dust, fumes and odors
