qualifications for the Manufacturing Purchaser position are:

Previous purchasing or procurement experience within a manufacturing environment
Ability to understand technical production documentation and material requirements
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and business software applications
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with ERP systems, inventory management software, or Sage 100 is a plus

For the Manufacturing Purchaser, your duties and responsibilities will include:

Purchase materials, supplies, and services needed to support manufacturing operations
Maintain supplier relationships and identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities
Manage purchasing transactions from order placement through delivery
Work closely with production, sales, and administrative teams to support business needs
Assist with inventory accuracy, reporting, and departmental documentation
Support initiatives focused on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
