Our manufacturing client in the Greenfield, MA area is seeking to hire a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity. Your qualifications for the 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor position are:- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to monitor production goals, quality standards, and employee performance
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Direct Hire opportunity
- Salary range: $67,700 - $90,000+ annually
