NURSING SUPERVISOR RN/LPN

Salary Range:
Salary 32 hours per week

Essential Job Functions- RN/LPN supervises nursing care in accordance with rules, regulations & guidelines governing long‑term care.
- Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by this organization.
- Ensure that all nursing personnel comply with procedures set forth by the organization.
- Assure the implementation of resident care plans.
- Conducts assessments and care plans appropriate for residents admitted to the facility.
- Communicate pertinent information and interpret facility policies to residents, staff, families and visitors.
- Communicate effectively will all disciplines.
- Keep DON informed of information of any changes in resident condition.
- Charts all reports of accidents/incidents involving residents. Follow established procedures.
- All responsibilities will be conducted in a manner that exhibits the Integritus mission, vision, and core values.
