Regal Care at Greenfield – Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse

Regal Care at Greenfield is a short‑and‑long‑term care facility located in Greenfield, MA. We are currently seeking LPN/RN Charge Nurses to join our team! Full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem openings on all three shifts. Experience is not required and new RN/LPN graduates are welcome.

Base pay range: $36.00/hr – $48.00/hr. (Best shift differentials in the market!)

Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k).

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning, ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout the scheduled shift.
• Help residents with personal hygiene.
• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.
• Make residents’ beds and keep their living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures.
• Abide by all federal, state, and local requirements and standards.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all residents and facility data.

Candidates must possess a valid MA RN/RN license in good standing.
