Registered Nurse Resident- Medical Surgical, Telemetry

Baystate Health is seeking
** new graduate Registered Nurses (RNs)
** to join the Med Surg/Telemetry team and Nurse Residency Program at
** Baystate Franklin Medical Center in Greenfield, Massachusetts**.  Our inpatient acute care team provides comprehensive nursing care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs, including telemetry and intermediate care. As a Nurse Resident, you will build a broad clinical skill set while receiving structured education, hands-on experience, and support as you transition from nursing student to professional RN.

** As a Med Surg/Telemetry Nurse Resident, You Will:*
* * Care for patients with
** medical, surgical, telemetry, and intermediate-care needs**.
* Assess patients and monitor for changes in condition, including cardiac rhythms.
* Develop your skills in individualized nursing care, medications, treatments, and interventions.
* Utilize
** advanced telemonitoring technology
