We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN with Regal Care at Greenfield, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality patient care and services to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and services

• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and care

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Perform vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate

• Document patient information, including medical history, medication administration, and treatment plans

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and care
