** As a Birthplace RN, You Will:

** individualized nursing care
** to obstetric patients and families, using comprehensive assessments and evidence-based nursing interventions.
* Assess and monitor patient conditions, recognizing changes that require timely intervention.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

** patient and family education**, including information about treatments, procedures, and discharge planning.  #
