As an Applebee’s Host/Server Assistant, you will greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile, assist servers in delivering exceptional service, and maintain the overall guest flow of the restaurant. Your work will be fun, flexible, and a great step toward a rewarding career with competitive wages, healthcare benefits, meal discounts, and Daily Pay. Compensation starts at $15‑$20 per hour.
Responsibilities- Welcome guests at the restaurant entrance with a friendly smile.
- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service.
- Maintain the overall flow of guests in the dining area.
- Minimum age 16.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commitment to making a positive impact on guests.
You must be able to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods, up to four (4) hours. You must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds while speaking clearly and listening attentively to staff. You should also be able to transport plates, glasses, and baskets, wear protective hand coverings, use disinfectant cleaning supplies, and wear face coverings or masks throughout the shift.
