Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

Store Support role at The Home Depot. Position purpose is to perform a variety of non-sales functions to support customer satisfaction and store operations.

• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience.
• Assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services.
• Direct customer or vendor interaction as required.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise; answer questions on product order status; handle cash management or program compliance.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers; perform with little/some supervision; maintain attention to detail; manage time effectively.
• Demonstrate integrity at all times and respond to operational concerns while supporting store-specific business objectives.
• Specific positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively with team members and maintain high levels of integrity.
• Willingness to perform non-sales duties and support operational responsibilities.
