Full-time Maintenance Technician II at Greenfield Commons, a 100-unit affordable family housing community in Greenfield, CA. Must have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Verified High School, GED or equivalent are required. Must have basic computer skills. Salary range: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour;

hiring range for new employees is generally $25.00 - $31.00 per hour, DOE.

• Lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning, and locks
• Interior repairs related to walls and doors
• Electrical repairs, including fixtures, lights, plugs, and switches
• AC filter changes, coil checks, cleaning, and repairs when necessary
• Annual unit inspections
• Ensure turnover of units in 5 days

• 2+ years of related apartment maintenance experience
• Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
• Clean driver’s license and reliable transportation
• HVAC certification (plus)

EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer.
