Full-time Maintenance Technician II at Greenfield Commons, a 100-unit affordable family housing community in Greenfield, CA. Must have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Verified High School, GED or equivalent are required. Must have basic computer skills. Salary range: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour;
hiring range for new employees is generally $25.00 - $31.00 per hour, DOE.
- Lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning, and locks
- Interior repairs related to walls and doors
- Electrical repairs, including fixtures, lights, plugs, and switches
- AC filter changes, coil checks, cleaning, and repairs when necessary
- Annual unit inspections
- Ensure turnover of units in 5 days
- 2+ years of related apartment maintenance experience
- Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- Clean driver’s license and reliable transportation
- HVAC certification (plus)
EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer. Once you have received such an offer, you will be required to submit and pass our criminal background requirements. EAH also verifies education and employment history. Any verified discrepancy may delay your background check results and/or affect your eligibility to work onsite housing is a requirement of the position, any household members over 18 years of age who will be living onsite with the candidate must also undergo a criminal background check and tenant screening.
Satisfactory completion of background check and fingerprinting requirements is a requirement of employment with EAH. EAH Housing requires all candidates who have received a conditional job offer to submit to drug testing within 72 hours from acceptance of our job offer. EAH Housing does not test for marijuana/cannabis. Satisfactory completion of drug testing is a requirement of employment with EAH.
