The Coordinated Entry (CE) Coordinator Provides leadership and coordination for the Three County CoC's person-centered, trauma-informed, and equity-focused Coordinated Entry System across Berkshire, Franklin, and Hampshire Counties and the North Quabbin region. The coordinator oversees day-to-day operations, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Coordinated Entry; supports effective and equitable access to housing resources; facilitates case conferencing; provides training and technical assistance;

and works closely with providers, housing partners, people with lived experience, government agencies, and community stakeholders to identify and address system barriers. The position uses data, stakeholder feedback, HMIS, and best practices to strengthen system performance and housing outcomes while ensuring compliance with HUD and CoC requirements. The CE Coordinator reports directly to the Program Director and works collaboratively with the Compliance Manager and other CoC staff, exercising independent judgment, initiative, and problem-solving skills to support an effective, equitable, and responsive Coordinated Entry System.

Key Knowledge and

Experience:

Knowledge of social services, advocacy, and navigating resources Knowledge of Franklin, Hampshire, and Berkshire counties and North Quabbin regional organizations and resources Experience working with marginalized communities and individuals with low incomes including youth and young adults, veterans, and survivors of domestic violence Experience thinking creatively and strategically, setting program goals and steps to achieve them

Experience with data management, data capture, tracking?methods?and analysis for outcome measurements To Qualify

Minimum Qualifications /Transferable

Skills:
