Community Action Pioneer Valley is seeking a full-time Youth and Young Adult Career Navigator to support youth ages 14–22 in Western Massachusetts. The role centers on case management, job readiness, and helping youth access employment opportunities within a trauma-informed framework.
The position is 37.5 hours per week with benefits including health and dental insurance, retirement, flexible spending, vision, and paid holidays. A CORI/background check and valid driving history are required.
