• Bauleitung and coordination of mechanical assembly of complete brewery plants (greenfield projects) on national and international construction sites.
• Professional leadership and management of subcontractors including work preparation, allocation of assembly flows, and quality control.
• Interface coordination between assembly department, teamlead supervision, project management, and customers and partners on site.
• Build, completion, and commissioning of sudhouses (hot block) and cellar technology (cold block).
• Participation in construction meetings, assembly, and safety briefings with customers and subcontractors.
• Material, logistics, and resource management on the construction site.
• Responsible for schedule, cost, and change management and for compliance with occupational safety (HSE) in cooperation with the HSE responsible.

• Completed technical training, e.g., as industrial mechanic, mechatronics, plant mechanic, or mechanical engineer.
• Many years of professional experience in plant construction, brewery, or food industry.
• Experience in assembly leadership / construction leadership / supervision of industrial plants.
• Independent, structured working style and high resilience.
• Intercultural competence and sovereign appearance on international construction sites.
• Very good German and English knowledge (B2/C1).
• High international travel willingness.
