We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

• Greet customers warmly and professionally at the cashier window

• Process customer payments (cash, checks, and credit cards) accurately and efficiently

• Issue receipts, make correct change, and reconcile the cash drawer daily

• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing customers to the appropriate department

• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and diplomacy, escalating issues when needed

• Maintain and file service repair orders, parts counter tickets, and related documentation

• Assist management with special projects and additional duties as assigned

• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent education and experience)

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Strong customer service mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude

• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

• Dependable, professional, and eager to learn
