Greenfield Primary School has recently joined Dudley Academies Trust and has 280 children on roll. Our environment is a very caring, nurturing one, where we value the learning and achievements of everyone – because everyone can grow in a Greenfield! While teaching can be very challenging and there is always lots to do, we all strive together and support each other to continually improve and be the best that we can be.
Our vision is to develop respectful, resilient and happy children who achieve their full potential. We will achieve this by providing a learning environment that is aspirational, collaborative and safe; one in which all children can thrive.
We believe ‘Everyone can grow in a Greenfield!’ Everyone here does their best to make sure that each and every pupil is provided all the educational opportunities that will enable them to reach their maximum potential and prepare them well for the next stage of their lives.
Dudley Academies Trust was established to ensure a first rate education for the young people of Dudley and the surrounding areas. It is important to us that all our young people have a high-quality education that will give them the foundations they need for a fulfilling life and a rewarding future career. Our intention, for every child who joins one of our academies, is to see their potential, inspire their dreams for the future and make their ambitions possible.
With three primary schools having joined the Trust so far, we aim to offer a route from Nursery and Reception all the way through to the A Levels, T Levels, vocational courses, apprenticeships and degree-level courses offered by our sponsor, Dudley College of Technology. Each of our secondary academies has been judged as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ for Personal Development by Ofsted, and we are determined to continue making a huge difference to the prospects for local youngsters.
Closing date is Sunday 4th January 2026 - we reserve the right to close this vacancy earlier than the date advertised.
