Clinical Supervisor, Northampton

CSO is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for our Outpatient clinic in Northampton.

Starting salary: $70,000-$77,000/year

• Provide regular clinical and administrative supervision for assigned clinicians
• Participate in hiring process or disciplinary action as necessary
• Supervise other staff or interns as required
• Provide emergency backup for cases of supervises
• Provide medication monitoring, education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate
• Provide psycho-social assessments for assigned clients

• Clinical Master's degree with three years of experience treating adults and families
• Three years of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Clinical licensure required (LICSW, LMHC OR LMFT)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
