As a business leader with a Bachelor’s in Business and Finance from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and experience in the finance industry at GE, I understand the importance of professional development and career growth. Our team operates in a collaborative, energetic, and community-focused environment, where we work hard but also take time to give back and support one another.

Beyond the office, my wife Shelly and I are actively involved in the Mukwonago and Greenfield communities, volunteering at Section Elementary School, St. John’s Church, and the Salvation Army Food Pantry with our three sons. • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
