• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet production targets
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all production activities
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency
• Manage inventory levels and order materials as needed to support production

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
