Registered Nurse; RN Acute Care – Ortho Trauma

Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.
• Serve as a patient advocate, addressing concerns and educating patients and families.
• Coordinate patient care, monitor conditions, and document assessments and interventions.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving better outcomes.
• Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications, and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Foster professional growth of peers through mentorship and support a positive work environment.

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Preferred experience in direct patient care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
