MDS Consultant

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We are currently looking for a Full Time MDS Consultant.

The MDS Consultant oversees and coordinates the development and completion of the resident Assessment ( MDS) in accordance with current Federal and State rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the resident assessment, including the CAA’s.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, including current licensure by the state of Wisconsin and current AANAC certification preferred but not required.
• Must possess the understanding and ability to comply with Federal and State rules and regulations as it applies to Nursing Homes, such as PDPM.
• Equipment operation:
  Phone, stethoscope, computer copier, printer, scanner and other nursing equipment.
• Experience with Coding
• Ability to facilitate and communicate with all disciplines.
• Ability to organize and prioritize
• Knowledge of computer applications and processes
