Vetco Total Care Hospital Medical Leaders ensure the highest level of patient care and client experience. You will review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations field leaders to drive hospital performance, efficiency and exceptional care quality.

The hospital is fully equipped with advanced technology including practice management software, digital and dental X‑ray, Idexx, Butterfly iQ+ handheld ultrasound, Vetology Radiograph Interpretation AI, VMED Vet‑Dop2 Doppler Blood Pressure System and VETSCAN IMAGYST. You will conduct routine, diagnostic and complex procedures such as radiographs, ultrasounds, dental extractions, spays/neuters, abdominal exploratory surgeries and mass removals.

You will grow as a practitioner and a leader with paid continued education and leadership training. You will utilize your experience to practice autonomous medicine and continue to learn, while building relationships with pet parents and modeling respect and empathy.

Support includes a team of licensed veterinary technicians and assistants, flexible schedules, open time off, zero non‑competes and no on‑call shifts.
