Trainee Plumbing & Gas Tutor - Plumber​/Gas Engineer

Overview

This is a trainee plumbing & gas tutor post for a qualified and experienced plumber/gas engineer. No teaching experience is required for this post and full teacher training and support is provided. You will be using your knowledge and experience to present and demonstrate topics and will be encouraged to share your industry experiences to give real world industry context.

• Teach adult learners the full course up to level 3 and various short courses in both workshop and classroom environments.
• Present and demonstrate topics and share industry experiences to give real world context.
• Use curriculum, facilities and lesson planning provided by the client.

• Fully Qualified Plumber with either an NVQ Level 3 or an equivalent full recognised Apprenticeship.
• ACS certificates and Water Regulations.
• Minimum of 5 years working as a Plumber/Gas Engineer in industry.
• Keen interest to work in education.

• £39,000 - £44,000 Starting Salary
• Full teacher training and qualification provided.
