• Actively engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Assist and develop client relationships with customers in browsing and selecting jewellery pieces.
• Ability to serve high net worth (HNW) clients and handle challenges.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about jewellery products, including materials, gemstones, and care instructions.
• Upsell and cross- sell jewellery and related accessories.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
