About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to oversee daily operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure financial performance across business functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth cross-functional coordination
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Manage client relationships and key stakeholder engagement
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate team performance
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform decision-making
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership
Ensure compliance with company policies and UK regulations
- Bachelor’S degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business management or similar leadership role
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in MS Office and business management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing multi-functional teams
