Cigna Healthcare in Greenock is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members with private medical insurance. You will handle enquiries and claims processing in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, supported by comprehensive training and ongoing development.
The role requires 35 hours per week with shifts from Monday to Sunday, 7:00am–10:00pm. Induction training is onsite in Greenock for eight weeks, with some travel to the office 2–3 times weekly
