• Designing modern, bespoke pay and grading frameworks
• Leading equal pay audits and data‑driven equity analysis
• Advising on governance and policy that supports sustainable reward
• Partnering with senior leaders to align reward with public value and workforce strategy

• Deep expertise in Total Reward, Compensation & Benefits, or HR strategy
• Strong experience in job evaluation, pay benchmarking, and reward design
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on delivery capability
• A passion for making reward systems more equitable and impactful
• Crucially, you must be trained or qualified in the Hay Group Methodology
