My client is seeking a dedicated Benefits Specialist to manage and administer all benefit programs within their organisation. This role requires ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies, collaborating with HR and Payroll teams, and providing support to employees. The Benefits Specialist will also engage in various HR projects and initiatives. Day-to-day of the role:
Administer employee benefits including pension, medical, dental, insurance schemes, eyecare, Cycle to Work scheme, and wellness programs. Maintain the accuracy of benefits and HR data. Ensure compliance with Automatic Enrolment and pre-employment health checks. Handle invoices and insurance renewals, verify accuracy, and prepare check requests for payment. Serve as the primary contact for employees and benefit providers/brokers to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously.

Ensure correct processing of employee/employer contributions and premiums. Conduct semi-annual HR data audits to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaborate closely with the payroll team to administer benefits and reconcile invoices. Manage enrolment for new starters and de-registration for leavers in country-specific benefits. Provide benefits education and engage employees to increase uptake of benefits. Research and investigate employee benefits, legislation, social security, and typical employer practices across EMEA countries.

Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth operation of benefits. Update service provider portals with enrolments and changes as needed. Engage in employee communication to enhance benefit uptake and satisfaction. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience with EMEA employee benefits; experience outside of EMEA is also valuable. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLookUps and Pivot Tables. Exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong influencing skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the company.

Customer service and team-oriented mindset. High integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Proficiency in HRMS (Ulti Pro experience is a plus) and Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
