HR Business Partner 6 Month FTC

Location:

Wakefield – Hybrid with some National travel Full-Time – 40 hrs Salary £45,000 - £47,000 plus bonus Are you looking to take the next step in your HR career with a role that offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a real impact? Elevation HR are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Business Partner for a 6 Month FTC.

Supporting a fast-paced operational environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to be a key part of a business that values people, processes, and performance. What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be the go-to person for all people-related matters, working closely with line managers and colleagues across the business. From employee relations and onboarding to training delivery and policy development, you’ll play a hands-on role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting core HR functions, including employee communications, training, and administration Administering onboarding processes – from offer letters to right-to-work checks Coordinating induction and internal training for compliance and development Managing reporting, data analytics, and trends using tools like Makodata and LearnXD Assisting in policy development and training delivery for line managers Liaising with Finance and Payroll to ensure accurate processing Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a Senior HR advisor and above Part or full CIPD qualification Confidence using HR systems and reporting tools Knowledge of employment law and GDPR legislation Strong people skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work Ability to travel to other sites when needed If this sounds of interest then do get in contact
