They are searching for an Operations Manager to control all functions in line with strategic business objectives, delivering exceptional customer service while balancing commercial returns through judicious pricing, operational efficiency, material optimisation and cost control to achieve profitability targets.

• Strong experience at management level and natural commercial acumen.
• Process‑oriented, ambitious, and influential leadership.
• Excellent client engagement skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive business development opportunities and streamline efficiencies.
• Procurement experience (specific function or part of a wider role) with a proven and quantifiable track record of success in delivering results.
• Demonstrated aptitude in creative problem solving, analytics and project management.
• Willingness to take smart risks and innovate.
• Working knowledge of MIS systems, tools and calculators, and good IT skills.
• Strong commercial nuance combined with intelligent negotiation skills.
• Resident in the UK and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
