• Leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of a significant infrastructure programme.
• Managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating complex engineering activities, overseeing safety and compliance measures.
• Maintaining rigorous programme controls to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.

• Proven experience leading project delivery in regulated environments such as defence, nuclear, or equivalent sectors.
• Extensive understanding of project lifecycle management, change control, and risk mitigation.
• Formal project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM PMQ, MSP, or similar.
• Experience managing multi-agency teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards relevant to critical infrastructure projects.
