As Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the success of the branch, delivering exceptional customer service, winning new business and developing your colleagues to achieve their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching and developing a successful residential sales team Driving branch profitability, market share and business performance Winning new business through valuations and property listings Supporting and mentoring colleagues to achieve individual and team success Building strong relationships with customers and the local community Monitoring performance, analysing results and implementing business plans Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards Delivering an outstanding customer journey from instruction through to completion
What We’re Looking For:
We're looking for an experienced estate agency professional who can demonstrate:
Proven leadership experience within residential estate agency A successful track record of delivering results and growing market share Strong leadership and people development skills Commercial awareness with the ability to drive branch performance Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills A proactive, customer-focused approach A full UK driving licence
