- Manage the Rural team in Scotland, to facilitate continual growth in the region, whilst focusing on delivering first class service across all our client groups.
- Manage and challenge the region to continually improve, by implementing operational change to process optimise the administrative processes within the confines of the systems utilised.
- Set the example in good client management, looking after a book of key Scottish clients.
- Train and develop junior members of the team across servicing and sales.
- Help build framework for continued growth and talent development.
