Booker Group is recruiting for a Skilled Butcher to provide expert service, knowledge and preparation for customers’ orders. You will work within the Butchery Department, ensure high standards of customer service and support stock control and safety procedures on a busy retail floor.
You will be part of a small team, with responsibilities including assisting in running the department in the manager’s absence and following company policies while maintaining food safety and health & safety
